  • Back and neck pain

  • Arthritic conditions
  • Post surgery e.g arthroscopic joint surgery, tendon and fracture repairs
  • Poor performance caused by musculoskeletal compensation patterns
  • General maintenance for high level athletes

  • Peripheral joint, muscle, tendon ligamentous injuries
  • Neck , back and pelvic joint dysfunction
  • Pelvic girdle asymmetries affecting horse and rider balance

Horse and Rider Unit

  • Liz has gained her EFA level 1 instructors qualification and though not registered as a practicing instructor at present she is able to assess horse and rider not only from a biomechanical physiotherapy perspective but also from a trainers perspective whether you are a casual or competitive rider.
